Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before purchasing passes or using the FlexIndia fitness marketplace platform.

Effective Date: August 17, 2026 Jurisdiction: Mumbai, India Zero Lock-In Commitment

Key Principle: FlexIndia passes have zero lock-in contracts and zero annual maintenance fees. You pay only for the workouts you select.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a FlexIndia account, purchasing any pass, or using our mobile application or website, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Pass Rules & Validity

FlexIndia offers multiple flexible pass formats across Mumbai partner centers:

  • Single Day Pass (₹49 with code dflex200): Grants single-day access to one selected partner gym during its standard operating hours. Valid for 24 hours from purchase.
  • Weekly Flex Pass (₹999): Grants 6 workout days across any verified partner gym in Mumbai within a 14-day validity window.
  • Monthly Flexible Pass: Grants multi-gym access across Mumbai with instant pause/resume options on the mobile app.
  • Non-Transferability: All passes are strictly personal to the registered user and cannot be transferred, shared, or resold.

3. Digital QR Desk Check-in Protocol

To gain entry to any partner gym:

  1. Open the FlexIndia mobile app and display your dynamic QR pass at reception.
  2. Gym staff will scan the QR code to verify validity.
  3. Once scanned, entry is granted immediately with zero paperwork or signup formalities.

4. Gym Facility Conduct & Safety

When training at partner facilities, all members agree to observe basic gym etiquette:

  • Wear clean indoor workout shoes and appropriate athletic apparel.
  • Carry a personal sweat towel and wipe equipment after use.
  • Re-rack weights and dumbbells after completing sets.
  • Follow the specific safety and facility rules of the individual partner gym.

5. Personal Trainer Sessions

Personal training sessions booked through FlexIndia (whether in-gym or doorstep) must be rescheduled with at least 4 hours advance notice. All trainers on FlexIndia undergo background and certification verification.

6. Refunds & Cancellation Policy

If a partner gym is unavailable during operating hours or if you experience a technical check-in issue, you can report the issue in-app within 2 hours for an immediate pass credit or 100% full refund.

7. Health & Limitation of Liability

Fitness training and exercise involve inherent physical risks. Users are advised to consult a medical professional before starting any intensive training program. FlexIndia acts as an aggregator and marketplace connecting members with independent gym facilities and certified trainers.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising in connection with FlexIndia shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
