By downloading the FlexIndia app, purchasing a pass, or listing a gym, you consent to the collection and handling of your data in accordance with the terms outlined in this policy.

We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, verify your identity, or purchase a pass:
- Account Information: Full name, verified mobile phone number, email address, and profile photo.
- Location Data: Geolocation data to display nearby verified partner gyms in Mumbai (Bandra, Andheri, Malad, etc.).
- Booking & Pass History: Records of Single Day Passes, Weekly Flex Passes, active QR check-ins, and trainer sessions.
- Device & Log Data: Device model, operating system version, app logs, and IP address for fraud prevention.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use the collected information for the following primary purposes:
- To generate and validate unique digital QR passes for partner gym reception entry.
- To process secure payments and apply promo codes (e.g.
dflex200). - To provide live customer support, booking confirmation SMS, and push notifications.
- To ensure facility safety and verify trainer credentials across Mumbai.
4. Information Shared with Partner Gyms
When you scan a digital pass at any verified partner gym, the gym reception receives only the minimum required verification details: your name, pass status (Valid/Expired), and check-in timestamp. Partner gyms do not receive your payment credentials or financial data.
5. Payment Security & Encryption
All in-app financial transactions, credit/debit card processing, and UPI payments are tokenized and processed through RBI-authorized payment gateways utilizing 256-bit bank-grade SSL encryption. FlexIndia does not store raw credit card numbers or banking PINs on its servers.
6. Your Privacy Rights & Controls
You have full control over your personal data on FlexIndia:
- Access & Export: Request a copy of your personal data and workout history.
- Correction: Update phone numbers, name, or profile details in-app anytime.
- Account Deletion: Request full deletion of your account and associated records by emailing our data team.
7. Data Retention
We retain transaction and pass history only as long as necessary to comply with applicable tax and accounting laws in India, after which records are anonymized or permanently deleted.
